Our founder, Drew, brings more than 22 years of experience in healthcare leadership, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence, including a distinguished career at Mayo Clinic. Throughout his career, he developed compliance programs, led policy and procedure initiatives, prepared organizations for regulatory audits, and helped navigate complex state and federal requirements. Holding the CHC, CHPC, CHPS, and FACHE credentials, Drew recognized that Minnesota's emerging cannabis industry deserved more than generic templates and one-size-fits-all solutions.
